The Convictional Interview

a man gets out of prison and looks for job to get established, but in interview he discloses that he had been to prison. and the who was interviewing said that he could not schedule a felon on a shift. and the who was interviewing the convict had to stay for the whole interview to listen to what this man had to say. and he said those who are afraid stealing had already done so. and those who have not stolen will do it sometime in their life and find another way to pay that person back, and if working harder than what you do now makes you feel better then everyone would have a second job if they can get one first. its offsetting to deny a person in need of work, but to deny them of freedom is to set them back into a world that rejects them is double jeopardy.
