when you receive a hidden reward; keep it secret because you do not want anyone to feel bad when they worked just as hard as you. what was kept hidden is the Glory of God that keeps doing good in the sight of others who may never get recognition for doing the same. so recognize those who do the same but never get praised because they are everyday people that you want to thank God for.
